Perflex Premium Silicone Sealant SK100

Perflex Premium Silicone Sealant SK100 is an alcohol-based curing sealing sealant with an oil-free formula, which has excellent anti-fouling, anti-leakage, and anti-bacterial performance. SK100 formula does not contain white oil, which is more environmentally friendly than common silicone sealants, more mold resistant and dirt resistant. It has stronger adhesion, suitable for all kinds of edge sealing and bonding.

Perflex Premium Silicone Sealant SK100 is of great elasticity, good sealing, good adhesion to most substrates, and good high temperature resistance, low-temperature resistance, weather resistance, and aging resistance. The sealant is single-component, neutral cure with low modulus. It is of Grade 0 mold prevention, comprehensive anti-bacterial rate exceeding 99.99%. It’s strong and robust and has long-lasting bonding capability. It’s odorless and safe to be used in your house. Its VOC emissions are ultra-low, zero formaldehyde and zero benzene.
