PSF-300a Spraying Polyurea
 
PFS-300a series of spraying polyurea material is a 100% solid content, two-component, rapid curing, field spraying molding of high-performance materials. The product is mainly composed of isocyanate semi-prepolymer, amino-terminated polyether chain extender and pigment. It has the advantages of high strength, good performance and quick construction.
 
PFS-300a series of basic type, with higher cross-linking density and hardness, more than 30% elongation at break, compact coating, low water absorption, in line with the standard Q/83WSQ-2013, mostly used for pipeline and tank wall anticorrosion
 
Application area: crude oil storage tank, pipeline, desalting water tank and other internal wall anti corrosion.
 
PFS-300a spraying polyurea is recommended for equipment with strong corrosiveness such as crude oil and waste oil storage tanks, which require high anti corrosion standard.

Construction Method
 

 
 
1) Construction environment requirements: in order to achieve the best coating effect on-site requirements for ventilation, environmental temperature should not be lower than 10℃, substrate temperature is higher than 5℃, air humidity is less than 80%.
 
Repair
1) The manual polyurea PDS100 is for repair for the place where there are leak points and pinholes
2) Regarding to small area of coating damage or defect, Remove the damage and non-solidified coating through sandblasting or grinding, the grinding range should be extended from the coating damage to the surrounding 5-10 cm, clean after brushing the adhesive between the coatings, and then repair by the concrete-specific manual polyurea PDS100.
3) Large area of coating damage or defect, repair according to the 2) method to brush the adhesive between the coatings by spraying.
Packaging: spray polyurea material for two components, A component 220KG/ barrel, B component 210KG/ barrel.
 
Color
The standard color is gray,other colors can be provided according to user's requirements.
 
 
 
Remark

• Protection: wear protective clothing (gloves, protective goggles, work clothes, etc.) during operation.
• Inhalation: Once dyspnea or cough, transfer to fresh air immediately, and take immediate medical treatment.
• Fire extinguisher: use carbon dioxide, foam or chemical dry powder fire extinguisher. If no other fire extinguisher, can spray by a large number of misty water.
• Transportation: Spray polyurea material is 100% solid content products, it’s non-dangerous goods,thus should be strictly prohibited rain, sunshine, and should comply with other relevant regulations of the transport department.
• Storage: Spray polyurea materials should be stored in a cool, ventilate and dry warehouse, should be strictly prohibited rain, sunshine adn away from the heat source. Storage temperature should be between 10-30 degrees centigrade. The sprayed polyurea material can be stored for 6 months in the original packing. If it can not be used up at one time after unpacking, it should be sealed with nitrogen.
